About Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
Please send us a email if you decide to cancel the order, we will refund for you within 2 days as soon as confirm with you.
About Return
1. For the damaged or missing products
If there are some problems for the products, please send us a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the items, we'll send you replacements within 10 days as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. Or we can also refund you for the damaged or missing products within 10 days.
2. For the intact products
Sometimes the products are intact, but you just don't like it, please you can return the orders to below address. Please note that buyer will be responsible for return shipping fee since the product is intact. We will refund for you within 10 days as soon as we get the return parcel.
